These creams have to be refrigerated, so they're shipped in specialized packaging, and require an overnight shipping option.
How are they shipped?
Your Cream Bundle will be shipped in its own box (separate from any other orders you place). Our specialized chilled packaging consists of biodegradable corn starch foam panels, and frozen gel packs. You can dissolve the corn starch foam in water, or compost it. The gel packs can be re-used or thrown in the garbage.
Why is overnight shipping so expensive?
If you're outside of Ontario or Quebec, unfortunately the cost of overnight shipping dramatically increases due to the need of air travel. Since we're based in Ontario, our couriers can easily deliver packages overnight within most of Ontario and Quebec by truck due to the short distance. However, if you're a 12+ hour drive away from us, your package will likely have to take a plane to be able to arrive overnight. Unfortunately, even for a small box, that comes at a higher cost.
